ABSTRACT
Along with the technological advance in the dental field, the search for excellence in clinical results that reach the aesthetic and functional expectations of the patient, combined with longevity and health, goes together. This case report aims to illustrate a multidisciplinary rehabilitation solution, associating different technologies and treatments to obtain an aesthetically predictable and biologically compatible result. Multidisciplinary was essential to follow an adequate workflow leading to the ideal resolution of the case. Through digital planning, the challenges and aesthetic deficiencies of the patient were diagnosed and then the steps were defined to achieve the initially desired result. Digital planning techniques, use of cone beam computed tomography, intraoral scanning, and implant placement through guided surgery were required to achieve the planned result. From the results obtained in the follow-up periods, we can demonstrate that the digital planning and application of new technologies associated with a correct diagnosis were crucial factors for the correct execution of the treatment stages and success in the case presented, leading to a result of satisfactory aesthetics and long-term health maintenance.
