Resumo
O objetivo deste artigo foi relatar um caso de exodontia do elemento 11 devido à fratura radicular e lesão periapical após trauma esportivo nesta região, com a instalação de implante imediato. Depois da exodontia atraumática do dente 11, foi instalado um implante de 4 mm x 13 mm por meio de cirurgia guiada, para maior segurança no procedimento, atingindo estabilidade primária de 32 Ncm. O espaço entre o implante e a parede óssea residual foi preenchido com osso heterógeno particulado, e o procedimento foi finalizado com enxertia coletada no palato. Quatro meses depois, o paciente recebeu uma coroa definitiva em cerâmica. Após oito meses de acompanhamento, observou-se a normalidade e excelente estabilidade tecidual, com ausência de sinais clínicos inflamatórios e um ganho estético adequado. Este caso clínico demonstrou um caminho seguro para alcançar a excelência estética.

The use of immediate dental implant in aesthetic region due to root fracture and periapical lesion – a case report with eight months of follow-up
Abstract
The objective of this article was to report a case of tooth extraction of element 11 due to root fracture and periapical lesion following sports trauma in the anterior region, with the placement of an immediate dental implant. After atraumatic extraction of tooth 11, a 4 mm x 13 mm implant was placed using guided surgery to increase procedural safety, achieving 32 Ncm of primary stability. The gap between the implant and the residual bone wall was filled with particulate xenogenic bone graft, and the procedure was completed with connective tissue graft harvested from the palate. Four months later, the patient received a definitive ceramic crown. After eight months of follow-up, normal tissue condition and excellent soft tissue stability were observed, with no clinical signs of inflammation and satisfactory aesthetic outcomes. This clinical case demonstrated a predictable pathway to achieving aesthetic excellence.
