ABSTRACT
Edentulous patients are increasingly looking for treatments that provide greater esthetic and functional results. Oral rehabilitation with implants has a high success rate and predictability, especially with the development of new surgical techniques, such as guided surgery, where it is possible to perform virtual planning prior to surgery. In addition, provide greater postoperative comfort for the patient and reduce procedure time. This article aims to report a clinical case where the patient had no anterior teeth and underwent implant guided surgery and subsequent rehabilitation. A virtual surgical planning was carried out and a printed surgical guide was made to perform a fully guided implant surgery, where three implants were installed and after 90 days, they received a porcelain prosthesis. After 180 days, a satisfactory functional and esthetic result was observed, where the proposed treatment reached the patient’s expectations. It was concluded that guided surgery provides an ideal three-dimensional positioning of implants, making prosthetic rehabilitation more adequate.
